  • 2023 Move in Schedule and Check Lists

    PLEASE read all move-in instructions carefully as the procedures/policies have changed.  Make sure all employees/staff handling move-in or working at the show receive this information.

    Following are move-in schedules and check lists for all the exhibit halls. If you have any questions, please call 901-947-3104.

    MOVE-IN SCHEDULES

    Exhibitors in the Main Hall, Lower Level Hall and Level 1 Lobby who are placing large equipment or displays, needing extra time for assembly, please click on the links below to review the exhibit hall maps with the move-in schedule for your company.

    All exhibitors please be sure to secure all materials in your booth space overnight to prevent theft.  We have security in the building, and while we make every effort to protect your property, we can't accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

    Driving Directions for Each Exhibit Area

    Each exhibit area has a specific loading dock to use for move-in and move-out.  Click the link below to view the driving directions to each Exhibit Area loading dock.

    Tell your truck drivers DO NOT USE Google Maps for Mid-South Farm & Gin Show.  They will end up at the show office, not the Renasant Convention Center.

    Mid-South Farm & Gin Show will be in compliance with the Shelby County Health Department. Currently there are no mask or social distancing requirements, just recommended practices.
